About us

Victory and Power in the Word, also known as, Victoria y Poder en la Palabra, is a 501 (C) 3 is non-profit organization ministry devoted to researching and teaching the Word of God. The ministry was established in 2008 with the purpose to teach how to understand the Word of God. In 2016 we were able to established the ministry in Costa Rica as a non-profit as well. Our desire is to reach and help as many people as possible.

Our Goal

To present the Word of God in the US, Costa Rica and elsewhere, for them to know God and Jesus Christ via His Word to a degree of growing spiritually in the rightly divided Word, assisting them to have a personal relationship with God and Jesus Christ. To teach and help those in need SPIRITUALLY, PHISICALLY and MENTALLY, with a focus on the forgotten ORPHANS, ELDERLY, DISABLED and those in EXTREME POVERTY.

Isaiah 58:6-7
6. Is not this the fast that I have chosen? to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke?
7. Is it not to deal thy bread to the hungry, and that thou bring the poor that are cast out to thy house? when thou seest the naked, that thou cover him; and that thou hide not thyself from thine own flesh?

Proverbs 31:9
9. Open thy mouth, judge righteously, and plead the cause of the poor and needy.

To enable all that are longing for the rightly Word, teaching the principles of HOW the Word of God interprets itself, understanding Biblical Culture, Old and New Testament history, via audio, video, seminars, in believer's homes, and in the residence for the poor.

To house orphans, to feed the poor and extend our hand to the community with provisions available to the ministry.

Our Beliefs

1. We believe God is the creator of the heavens and earth, that Jesus Christ is the only begotten son of God, that His Word is infallible.

Psalms 12:6
6. The words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times.

2. We believe in the Old and New Testaments alike, however, the seven Epistles are specifically written to the Christian believer.

Romans 15:4
4. For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope.

3. We believe that Jesus died and rose the third day and, by confessing and believing that God rose him from the dead, the person becomes saved.

Romans 10:9-10
9. That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
10. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

4. We believe that God shall send His son at the appointed time to gather His people—the church, the body of Christ—to live eternally with Him.

1 Thesa.5:9-10
9. For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ,
10. Who died for us, that, whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with him.

5. We believe that God is Spirit and on the day of Pentecost, God made holy spirit available to ALL believers. thereby, we are able to communicate by/with the spirit with God. Acts 2:1-4

Acts 2:1-4
1. And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.
2. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting.
3. And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them.
4. And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

6. We believe the nine manifestations in 1 Corinthians 12 are for every believer born again of the spirit of God, and is giving the ability to operate ALL nine manifestations to the extent of their believing.
   
   
7. We believe that a church is a group of people and NOT a structure to praise God.

Acts 17:24
24. God that made the world and all things therein, seeing that he is Lord of heaven and earth, dwelleth not in temples made with hands;
